Another sad goodbye of a GEA member
This time it is Stephan Seysen, the youngest of three brothers, who left this world without any forewarning and much too early in his still young life. He was born on 26.08.1959 and the official date of his sudden death was determined as May 16-19, 2021.

We all recall Stephan as a great friend, always supportive especially when need arose, very kind and thoughtful. Once he heard a person’s birthdate, he never failed to congratulate him or her, year after year.

We gladly look back on good times together on walks, day trips and time-consuming special trips, dinners, special parties, etc. he organised.
Most of all, we admired him for his vast knowledge; he was like a living encyclopedia. Once he recalled a street name in Hongkong where he had been 20 years earlier.

We will always remember and miss him!

Open casket viewing which was limited to 10 persons took already place on May 25th.
The funeral is scheduled for June 15th at 11:15 with meeting at 11am in front of the Aussegnungshalle, Westfriedhof, Baldurstr. 28, 80637 München.
Due to Corona the number of participants is limited to 50. Therefore, it is most important to register with Martin, Stephan’s brother (m.seysen@gmx.de), providing your contact infos (full name, address, phone number).
For those who would like to attend please register with Martin asap, no later than June 4th.
The wearing of masks type FFP2 inside the Aussegnungshalle and the cemetary will be mandatory.
Also, because of Corona a get-together for coffee afterwards will not be possible.

Our wholehearted sympathy goes to his survivors: his brothers and his parents.
May good memories give them strength to overcome this difficult time of loss.
